The Academy Ambassadors Programme (AAP), funded by the Department for Education (DfE), is supporting a number of academy trusts across England to match non-executive directors/trustees to join their boards.

Each academy trust in England is unique and the sector offers an extensive selection of prospective roles. From large national trusts in excess of 50 academies, to small community-based trusts, you can be guided by our regional experts to find a match to suit you.

Academy trusts are charitable bodies which support schools to give children a better future. For young people to have the best possible opportunities in later life, it’s vital that we have individuals with the right expertise leading schools, holding executive teams accountable. Becoming a Trustee is a fantastic opportunity to give back and impact your local community, by strengthening education.
